We at Asa Solution Global were hired to redesign the user interface and user experience of a website and mobile application for a UK healthcare provider. The user interface and experience were cluttered, unclear, and poor even though the website was already established. The Challenge

Although the healthcare service had a mobile app and website, the user interface and user experience were not at all user-friendly. The app felt cluttered and confusing, and patients had trouble navigating the website. The degree of professionalism and attention to detail that the healthcare provider provided in person was not reflected on the website and mobile app.

The challenge was obvious; to increase patient interaction, rebuild the website and mobile app with an aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly layout.

Our Approach

Our goal was to make it easier for patients to obtain services by simplifying the user experience and modernizing the design. We addressed the project as follows:

By rearranging the layout to enhance navigation and clarity, we made the UI/UX design simple and made sure that important elements like scheduling appointments and accessing medical records were easier to find in one click. A smart redesign of the appointment booking system made the entire process quick and easy for users. We also made sure the design mirrored the dedicated essence of the healthcare provider by keeping the patient experience at top priority. This resulted in simplified, user-friendly processes that facilitated information and service access. Moreover, we also optimised the mobile app’s design to offer fast access to appointments, health records, and notifications while maintaining usability and a more personalised user experience.
