The Challenge
Built in 1990 by Mr. Charles John and his late wife, this well-known UK restaurant has been serving customers with love and dedication for decades.
In order to better serve their devoted customers Mr. Charles decided to update its online presence. To make ordering, reservations, and customer service as simple and effortless as their in-house experience, they requested an engaging website and a mobile app.
The restaurant wanted a solution that would increase their digital engagement while preserving the same high standard of service they were renowned for in person, given the increased demand for online food orders, table reservations, and convenience.
The real challenge? There was no website, no app, and no means for customers to interact with them outside of the restaurant door. They required a vibrant web presence that would make their menu come to life, facilitate easy reservations, and provide a simple ordering process. In addition to showcasing their brand, we stepped in to create a unique website and mobile application that made dining with them—at home or in person—easier than ever.

The Results
The restaurant improved their customer service through the launch of their first website and mobile app, which made it much easier for customers to place orders, reserve tables, and stay involved.
A 65% increase in reservations for tables as the online booking system has made things easier, resulting in fewer no-shows and more tables being occupied during busy times.
